More children are living in high-rise apartments, so designers should keep them in mind

One of the main concerns of the Alliance for Childhood is the lack of consideration of the needs of children in the many developments that have been going up around London. Hopefully people are waking up to the consequences.

This article illustrates some of the problems created by badly designed tower blocks.
